Mehron Barrier Spray is applied to cream and cake makeup to create a moisture resistant coating. Barrier Spray can also be applied before makeup for a protective under base. Mehron’s Barrier Spray is a clear liquid spray that sets makeup designs and helps protect sensitive skin from makeup, latex and other adhesives. Great for extending the wear of makeup applications for Modeling, TV, Stage, Clowning, Face Painting, Halloween, Special Effects and Photography and even everyday makeup! Moisture resistant coating. Apply to cream and cake makeup - NOTE cream makeup should be set with powder before applying Barrier Spray. Soap and water cleanup How to use this product: As an under makeup protection, mist Barrier Spray on clean dry face. This will help keep sweat from coming through the makeup. Once the makeup application is complete, mist Barrier Spray over the entire face to seal the makeup. This also prevents makeup from rubbing off on costumes. Remove with Makeup Remover followed by soap and water. You can also spray lightly on the inside of your protective fabric surgical-style mask (not included) to keep from transferring makeup onto the mask.
