This children’s Lil Angel dress, also great for fairies and princesses, features a light-up skirt that will make her look like she descended from heaven. With an embossed bodice and upper sleeves made of crushed velvet, flounced satin sleeve cuffs that have a glittery organza overlay, a concealed back zipper, sheer white angel wings with glitter feather designs (no actual feathers were used) and a silver tinsel halo headband. She will dazzle at her next costume party, Trick-or-treating, themed family photos, Christmas, Easter, pageants, cosplay and any other dress up occasion. The battery pack requires 2 AA Batteries - not included.
