This officially licensed Dorothy dress includes a blue and white gingham dress designed to look like a jumper with blue hair ribbons. Socks, wig, Toto basket and shoes not included. Available in girl's sizes Small 4-6, Medium 8-10 or Large 12-14. Costumes typically run a little smaller than regular clothing sizes. Please purchase accordingly.
