The town of Sleepy Hallow, New York has a little secret it wishes not to tell. The Headless Horseman costume uses an inflatable shoulder piece and vinyl cap to accomplish a headless look. Costume also comes with a polyester vest with see through ascot chest piece and cape. Shoes and pants are not included. Costumes typically run a little smaller than regular clothing sizes.
