Costumes typically run a little smaller than regular clothing sizes. Please purchase accordingly. This costume includes a black & white stripe, poly satin, elastic waist mini skirt, with 2 rows of black lace trim and a matching corset, (with light boning, no actual "boning", the sections are strengthened with seam binding) and grommet & cord lacing in back. It is trimmed with black lace. The matching prisoner hat is also included. The fuzzy handcuffs are not included.
