No punk or biker outfit would be complete without these deluxe black vinyl costume accessories - a black studded belt and a pair of handcuffs. They can be connected in a number of ways to make a unique look for the 80's, rock star, punk, biker, disco (Village People), Goth, post modern, post apocalyptic, Descendants, vampire or other characters. One size fits most adults. Belt is approx. 28.5" long with the cuffs and additional 4". May fit up to a size 32" waist or you can add extra chains or handcuffs (not included) to size it larger. Skirt, vest and other costume pieces are not included. Other punk, 80's and vampire, bikers, etc costumes and accessories (hats, leg wear, handcuffs, props. jewelry, Theatrical makeup, wigs...) are sold separately on our page - subject to availability.
